Play as 18-year-old Ryo Hazuki, a Japanese martial artist looking for his father´s killer. In the third part of the Shenmue saga, Ryo intends to find out the secret of the Phoenix Mirror - an artifact that the assassin needs. The young man will go to the Chinese outback, where landscapes amaze the imagination and life is in full swing. Ryo will visit cities and villages, master new fighting techniques, try his luck at gambling, rest at arcade machines and take a part-time job in search of those who know the truth about the Phoenix Mirror.
