If you play on a console, your account must be linked to your Epic Games account.

If on your Fortnite "Battle Pass" page it says "Log in to your account on the platform where you subscribed to Fortnite Crew to receive your bonuses," you must have the details of the linked XBOX account to your Epic Games account. If you have these details, we can resolve the issue. Otherwise, we won´t be able to provide the service.
If you have created an Epic Games account recently and your region is not Turkey, make sure that it is possible to link a new xbox account to it, otherwise it will be impossible to get a subscription.
